Myrtle Beach

Saturday night we met up with our nephew, Chad and his daughter, Alexis for dinner. Pretty nice when your family thinks enough of you to drive an hour and half just for dinner and visit. Sunday we cleaned up the boat and refueled. We walked around the boardwalk and stopped at the House of Blues for some Gospel music. It was great. This is our kind of church. When the singer ended with Everything Is Going  To Be Alright, we all sang and believed. Really was a refueling day. We even took some silly pictures.

When we first saw the building we thought it was a old barn that the city hadn't torn down yet.

The inside had such great artwork and ceiling.

A closer look at the ceiling.

The outside bar is all a kind of mosaic with bottle caps.

Our friend, Lisa from the boat Rhiannon, outside area of House Of Blues.

Silly pictures

Jon and I can't look at this one without cracking up. Reminds us of his dad's (Gordy) humor.
